Nikon NX Studio untuk edit foto camera DSLR dan Mirrorless

Nikon rilis software editing sendiri, khusus untuk editing foto RAW atau khusus untuk file foto NEF.

Pengembangan software termasuk fitur Active D-Lighting.  Yang mengatur White Balance, kecerahan dan kontras gambar.

Tidak jelas NX Studio apakah akan menjadi penganti Capture NX dari pengembangan software Nikon sendiri. Tapi NX Studio diberikan gratis.

Dibanding NX Studio dengan Capture NX, kemampuan software NX Studio lebih intensif untuk fungsi pengaturan foto.

NX Studio juga dapat bekerja dengan software lain dan kompatibel dengan Nikon Tranfer 2 dan Camera Control Pro 2.

File transfer

• Interface: Built-in USB port required. File transfer may not function as expected if the camera is connected via a USB hub.
• Supported digital cameras: Nikon cameras that support MTP/PTP or PTP and Mass Storage.
• Nikon Transfer 2 cannot be used with the cameras listed below. Use a card reader to copy pictures to the computer.
- COOLPIX 990, COOLPIX 950, COOLPIX 910, COOLPIX 900, COOLPIX 880, COOLPIX 800, COOLPIX 700, COOLPIX 600, COOLPIX 300, or COOLPIX 100

Nikon rilis versi baru aplikasi Nikon Snapbridge 2.0. 2 versi yang diberikan untuk OS smartphone Android dan iPhone. Satu aplikasi dapat didaftar sampai 5 perangkat, serta aplikasi dapat meremote penuh camera.

Nik Collection sementara gratis, sekarang diambil oleh DxO pembuat software editing foto. Untuk sementara Nik Collection filter foto diberikan untuk umum, setidaknya sampai pertengahan tahun 2018
