Pembaruan patch Microsoft Windows 7 terjadi kesalahan lisensi. Membuat tampilan Windows kembali ke awal, dan Windows 7 kembali ke Not Genuine.
Salah satu bug tersebut juga memblokir ke akses Administrator di Windows Server 2008 R2 dan Windows 7.
Mengenai kesalahan 'Not Genuine Windows 7, Microsoft mengonfirmasi bahwa "beberapa pengguna melaporkan kesalahan Aktivasi KMS, 'Not Genuine', 0xc004f200 pada tampilan Windows 7".
"Kami mengetahui kejadian ini dan saat ini sedang menyelidikinya. Kami akan memberikan pembaruan bila telah tersedia," tulis Microsoft di KB4480960 dan KB4480970.
Sumber kesalahan aktivasi terjjadi pada pembaruan delapan bulan untuk Teknologi Aktivasi Windows anti-pembajakan, teknologi yang sama yang baru-baru ini menyebabkan panik setelah menonaktifkan salinan Windows 10 yang asli.

Symptom
After installing this update, some users are reporting the KMS Activation error, “Not Genuine”, 0xc004f200 on Windows 7 devices.
Local users who are part of the local “Administrators“ group may not be able to remotely access shares on Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7 machines after installing the January 8th, 2019 security updates. This does not affect domain accounts in the local "Administrators" group.
